Club Member Christmas Gift...

Here is something else I haven't had the chance to post yet. This is the Christmas gift I gave to my club members. I saw this awesome tutorial HERE and just HAD to make one myself. She did a great job explaining how to make this so it should be super easy to re-create for yourself. But let me know if you have any questions! Basically, it's a standard size with all 4 sides decorated. You have the first two quarters of the month on the outside two sides. Then....when you are ready for the last two quarters of the month, you just untie the ribbon, fold it the other way, and re-tie the ribbon. Voila! A 12-month calendar! I think they went over quite well...the girls really seemed to like them.

Anyway: I am heading off to Leadership for Stampin' Up! tomorrow. I'm staying for the Regional that is right afterwards as well. If I can get it done before I leave, I will have a few posts scheduled for while I'm gone. So hopefully you won't miss me too much! :) I actually am a bit sad to be going. I know I'll be ok when I get there, but with my daughter having a broken arm...let's just say her mama wants to be there for her. But my husband is strongly encouraging me I should go, insisting he can take care of things. :) I know he can, but sometimes a kid just needs his/her mama. I can be brave though. :)

Back to the calendar...
Stamps: Best Wishes and More, Fundamental Phrases
Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Pumpkin Pie, Pretty in Pink, Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze
Card Stock: Chocolate Chip, Tangerine Tango, Riding Hood Red, Pink Pirouette, Baja Breeze, Confetti White, Whisper White
Accessories: Assorted DSP, Choc Chip 1/4" gg ribbon, Crop-a-dile (to punch holes for ribbon to tie), Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8" Circle Punch, Word Window
