Dream With Butterfly Notebook...

This was another swap I made for the incentive trip I went on.  It was a 3D swap.  I am ALWAYS needing notebooks around so this was what I decide to do for the swap...

Isn't this fun?!  New paper, new punch (butterfly), new stamps (butterfly), new Big Shot stuff (Banner die cut), new In Colors, new accessories, ahhhhh!!!!  SO MUCH FUN!  :)  Here are some close-up's...
Don't you just LOVE that butterfly?!  And a punch to punch it out?!  Can't get much better!  And I have used the Bitty Banner Framelits for the Big Shot quite a bit already....I'm in LOVE!  So easy to get a perfect banner!  And that Primrose Petals ribbon and Dahlia....LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!  :)
Here's just a side-view so you can see the notebook.  I just a Jr. Legal Pad in half and made a cardstock holder for it.  Here is the notebook opened up...
I have to admit...I am so mad at myself.  I put these all together, tied the ribbon closed on them...and then packed them up.  TOTALLY FORGOT to decorate the inside!  What a DORK I am!  So picture some coordinating Designer Series Paper on the top of the notebook and a butterfly in the corner.  Geez.  Sorry!!!

Hope you enjoy this project!  Thanks for visiting!

Betsy's Blossoms...ANOTHER card!!!

I am not sure if I can tell you how much I love the Betsy's Blossoms stamp set!  It's SO MUCH fun!  I have shared a few projects already with this set but today I have a card with a totally different look for you.  Here is the card...

Isn't it FUN?!  I LOVE the color combo...it's Pink Pirouette, Gumball Green (NEW IN COLOR AND LOVE LOVE IT!!!), and Raspberry Ripple (ANOTHER NEW COLOR THAT I LOVE!).

This card I made for a small swap I did this past weekend.  My up-upline did an Incentive Trip that all of her downline can earn.  Well...I was one of two that earned it and it was SO SO worth it!!!  It was a BLAST!  We had a great time together and I was so sad it was over!  I am going to do another post about that event so you can see all the fun touches that were done.  But today...I am sharing this swap that I made.  :)  There are LOTS of new products used on this card.  The new Bigz Clear Big Shot die....Oval Accent (LOVE this!), the NEW In Color ribbon in Raspberry Ripple, Gumball Green cardstock and ink pad, Raspberry Ripple Designer Series Paper (adhered to the inside of the card...but shows through the bottom...forgot to take a pic of the inside.  OOPS!) and Raspberry Ripple ink pad, one of the new embossing folder that I can not remember the name of at the moment, the NEW Large Scallop Edgelit, a new greeting stamp set, Betsy's Blossom's stamp set, the FABULOUS new In Color Dahlia's, and I think that's all the new stuff.  Who knew such a simple card could pack such a punch?!  :)  (And can I just say for a moment how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE the NEW ink pads!  A simple tap leaves your image full of ink and fabulous!)

Here are some close-up's of the card...
A fun side view so you can see the dimension.
You've gotta see how BEAUTIFUL those Dahlia's are!  I wasn't sure how much I would love them, but they are AMAZING!  They add so much pop and wow to any card!!!
And gotta give you a good shot of the embossing (that I sponged over) and the ribbon.  Wish I could have you reach out and touch this ribbon through the computer screen.  :)  It is so soft and luscious. LOVE this new stuff!!

Hope you really enjoy this card!  Thank so much for stopping by and visiting!!!!

Betsy's Blossom's...finally a CARD!!

Today's card I am showing you is the final project of a series I made with the same "layout".  I made a double spread 12x12 layout first.  Then I turned that into a treat holder, using the same elements.  And NOW I am going to show you the card!  CLICK THIS to see the scrapbook layout if you haven't already.  CLICK THIS to see the treat holder if you haven't already.  Just glance below to see the card...
Then here is a close-up of the accent I used that was the same on the scrapbook page and layout...
Isn't that fun?!  SO EASY to use your stamping supplies for SO many products.  I used the same colors and cardstocks and papers on these...but would be SO easy to recreate these same projects using all sorts of colors and styles!  Stamping supplies are SO versatile!!!

Here is one last picture that just kinda shows how I punched out my square of Designer Paper and then layered them on the scalloped edged Lucky Limeade strip...
Hope you enjoy this card!  Thanks for visiting!

Also...I found out I did NOT win the Artisan Award (I'm not even a finalist like I was the last time) this year.  I was super bummed...but the GOOD thing....I can start showing my projects that I entered!  So....be watching for those posts to begin!  That will be fun...FINALLY being able to share!  And I HOPE you guys comment on them...that may just make me feel a bit better!  :)  Thanks!  Hope you are all having a great day!

My Digital Studio to the Rescue...

One of my little brothers got married this month!  YAY!!!  We are so excited for them!  :)  They are one fabulously cute couple.  I am SURE you want to see a pic...right?! :)  Well here they are (then we will get to the Stampin' Up! part of this post)...

Aren't they SO cute!!!  Neither one of them could stop smiling.  :)  I am SO excited for my incredibly amazing brother...he found one AMAZING gal!  :)

Now...I am sure you are happy for the happy couple...but I know that isn't why you came.  :)  You want to see some stamping.  Welllllll...there is NO stamping today!  But...there is a crafty project for you.  I wanted to help them make a favor for the wedding.  Her colors were lavender, peachy, and a minty green.  She was doing a vintage-y theme.  Had to do like 200 or something so wanted to keep things simple.  So My Digital Studio (MDS) to the rescue!  :) This is what I ended up making for them...
I don't use the MDS program much... but I want to because it is an easy and fun program to use.  So I put my skills to the test and designed the middle of the scallop so all I had to do was print on Very Vanilla paper and punch them out. Easy Peasy!  For this occasion I thought their initials and wedding date were the most appropriate design.  Here is a close-up...
And a single favor...
Gotta love the old fashioned candy sticks...right?!  And by just making a simple tag for the top...an easy way to customize an event!  You could do these for birthday's, tea parties, church hand-outs, invitations (ooohhhh...that would be fun!  :) ), etc!!!  Here's a pic so you can see just the tag on top...
I hope you enjoy!  Stamping supplies can be used for SO many occasions! Thanks for visiting!

June Club 3D Project...

Thought I shared this already!  Oops!  :)  I got the idea for this project from the scrapbook layout I made from the UStamp Blog Hop...seen HERE.  I took one of the main accents and made it into a tag for the treat bag.  Here you go...
How fun is this little gumball treat packet?!  (Well...it could be any kind of treat packet.  :) )  It's made with the 4"x6" cello bags.  Here is a side view...
How fun are all these elements?!  Love it!  This stamp set...Betsy's Blossoms...has been SO much fun to work with!  And the Itty Bitty Banner stamp set with the coordinating Framelits to cut it out....just FABULOUS!!!  One more close-up...
Hope you enjoy!  Thanks for visiting!

June Club Card...

Last night was my monthly club night.  And I had a BLAST with my club gals!  We have so much fun together and I love that I know I will at least see them monthly.  (Life gets so busy...I love having scheduled time I know I will get to see my dear friends!)  So I just wanted to share the card we made.  I rarely copy cards we do for club.  (Not that I don't get inspiration from lots of people and places...I just always change things up and make it my own.) Part of the fun for me is creating and exploring with my paper crafting supplies.  I may try a layout I have seen or use an accent that I have seen somewhere or something like that.  But I LOVE to play and try new things.  Well...this month I copied a card!  I loved it so much I used the same Designer Paper she used, layout, etc.  I did make a few changes, but for the most part...the card we made was the one I saw by FABULOUS demo, Heather Klump.  Here is the card we made...
Isn't it cute?!  Hers had DSP in the background (but I HAD to use the new FABULOUS Chevron Embossing folder!!) and she didn't have the ribbon in the back and maybe another change or two.  But just LOVED the bow tie's made with the Pennant punch.  SO clever!!! Here are some other shots...

Hope you enjoy this card!  And maybe you could whip one up for someone special in your life!  It would be a great birthday, congrats or any occasion card for those fabulous men in your life!  :)  Thanks for visiting!!!!

Fabulous Flower Bouquet...

I realized I haven't shown you this fun Flower Bouquet that I made to sell at the Boutique I did a bit ago.  Silly me!  I better show you!  Some of the things are retired now...sorry!  But these are super easy and fun to make with the Rosette Die!  Here is the bouquet...
Isn't this fun?!  I didn't sell this one (which I was glad because it matches some rooms in my house) so it's up on my fireplace mantle at the moment.  :)  I LOVE this paper!  (Spice Cake Designer Series Paper)  here is a close-up of the flowers...
Love that scalloped edge the die gives you!  And those buttons...I just LOVE LOVE LOVE!  They are retired now...but were on the Clearance Rack not that long ago so I think they are still there for now.  (Just go to my website....www.ashleyvancamp.stampinup.net...and click on Shop Now then Clearance Rack)  I use them for lots of things so I stocked up on them.  :)  And then the flowers are being held in there in a clever way.  (Ever have those moments where something you think would work ACTUALLY works out?!  :)  May not happen to me much...but every once in awhile it does.  :) )
I covered a Styrofoam ball with the coordination fabric (This fabric is in the new catalog!!!  YAY!!!!) and then put that on the bottom of a vase, and stuck my flowers in it!  FUN...right?!  :)  Then I just made some paper filler that is acting as grass and  put it on top of the fabric ball.  Tied some of the fabulous 1 1/4" striped ribbon around it (hope you stocked up on this stuff...this was one of my saddest items to say goodbye to!!!!) and VOILA!  Fabulous Flowers!

Hope you enjoy!  Thanks so much for visiting!!!!

NEW CATALOG TIME...

I am sorry I have been gone so long!  We were in the Caribbean for a week and then I came home and had to rush to finish up a big stamping project.  So I HAVE been stamping (and stamping like CRAZY) and my stamp room is a DISASTER!!!  But...I can't show you what I was working on.  So sorry!  But I entered the MEGA Stampin' Up! contest of the year...the Artisan Award!  They made some changes this year and they are making an Artisan Design Team with the Artisan Award winners!  So it would be a MAJOR award to win!  I really wanted to at least try to enter this year so I spent every second of my free time working on my submissions when I got home from our trip.  (And spent lots of time before we left coming up with my projects.)  SO....my entries are in and it's out of my hands!  :)

And now it's NEW CATALOG TIME!  The new catalog is LIVE!!!!  YAY!!!!  It's a fabulous catalog and my wish list is LONG!!!  If you haven't received a new catalog yet...PLEASE let me know and I will get one to you! Here is the catalog...
Click on the photo to view it!  Let me know if you have any questions on anything!  Happy stamping!
