It's a Mini Curvy Halloween...for Club Time!!

The other day I shared the card we made in our Sept club group in THIS POST.  Well...today...I get to share the fun boxes we made!  We used the NEW Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box.  And OH. MY. HEAVENS!!  It is a DREAM!!!!  I LOVE this box.  They are tiny cute things and are SO QUICK and easy to make!!!  You don't even need ANY adhesive to make the box!!!!  Just die-cut it out and fold it together!  Then just look at how cute they are...

So much fun, huh?!  Let me show you a little closer...

This dracula box is so cute.  I just stamped on the box for a little extra fun.  Then added this fun tag...

Colors: Whisper White, Basic Black, Gray Granite, Bermuda Bay, Highland Heather
Inks: StazOn Jet Black, Gray Graite
BLENDS MARKERS: Gray Granite Light, Lovely Lipstick Light, Highland Heather Light, Petal Pink Light
Cardstock/Papers Shimmery Whisper White, Gray Granite, Pretty Peacock Foil Sheets
Stamps: Spooktacular Bash
Tools: Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box Dies, Ornate Frames Dies
Accessories: Nature's Twine, Black 5/8" Glittered Organdy Ribbon

I LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!!!!  the Ornate Frame Dies.  They are fantastic.  Look GORGEOUS when cut out with the Pretty Peacock Foil Sheets even.  But they are also so much fun for any time of year!  Not just for Halloween!  What do you think?!

And can this pumpkin get any cuter?!

Colors: Grapefruit Grove, Granny Apple Green, Bermuda Bay
Inks: StazOn Jet Black, Grapefruit Grove
BLENDS MARKERS: Bermuda Bay Light
Cardstock/Papers Grapefruit Grove, Granny Apple Green
Stamps: Tiny Keepsakes, Harvest Hellos
Tools: Mini Curvy Keepsakes Box Dies, Ornate Frames Dies
Accessories: Whisper White Baker's Twine, Gold 3/8" Metallic-Edge Ribbon

Kinda love this little guy.  Those stripes are just stamped with the stamp set that is included in the bundle with the dies, Tiny Keepsakes.  And then the pumpkin face is from the Harvest Hellos Stamp Set.

These were so quick and easy...and so much fun to make!  PS...that ribbon is colored with the Light Bermuda Bay Blends Maker to make a cream ribbon turn blue!  😍

Rainbow Thanks With Watercolored Die-Cuts!

I am so excited for what I get to share with you today!!!  This was first posted on Stampin' Up!'s Facebook page!!  A few of the Artisan's shared some fun tips on using die-cuts & it was so much fun to share one!  Want to see it?  I hope so!  First up, here is the card I made:

Colors: Whisper White, Coastal Cabana, Mango Melody, Melon Mambo
Inks: Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, Melon Mambo, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers Shimmery Whisper White, Thick Whisper White, Basic Black, Brights Designer Series Paper
Stamps: A Big Thank You
Tools: Thank You Die, Stitched Nested Labels Dies, Pattern Party Decorative Masks, Shimmery White Embossing Paste, Palette Knives, Heat Tool
Accessories: Iridescent Sequin Assortment, White Stampin' Emboss Powder, Silver Thread

I kinda love all the details of this card, but what really makes this card stand out is that WATERCOLORED Thank You!  What do you think?!  Want to see how I did it?!  Ok!

First you want to gather your supplies.  The supplies that I used here are all available in the Stampin' Up Annual Catalog.  I used:
  • Fluid 100  Watercolor Paper
  • Coastal Cabana, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody, & Melon Mambo ink pads
  • Aqua Painter
  • Thank You Die
***Note:  before you open your ink pads, you want to give them a good squeeze to get a small pool of liquid in the lid.

Then you just lay down one color at a time, using an Aqua Painter, onto the Watercolor Paper.

(I mean really...look how pretty it is already!  😁

Once it is dry (use a heat tool for quick drying if you don't want to wait!), just lay the die-cut out on the Watercolor Wash how you would like it.

Then just cut it out and admire how pretty it is!  😁  Hee.

And add to a fun project!

Here are some close-up's of the details:

What do you think?  Want to try something with this fun technique?!  If you do...I want to see it!  😁  Thank you so much for visiting!   Please let me know if you have any questions!

Hey There, Pumpkin!! September Club Card!

It was club time last week!  And the theme was fall/Halloween.  It is still unreal to me how fast summer went by, but here we are.  😀

Our club card this month, we used the Harvest Hellos Bundle.  I LOVE this bundle!  I posted THIS apple card before.  We just basically recreated that card, using pumpkins this time!!!

Colors: Whisper White, Coastal Cabana, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Silver
Inks: BLENDS MARKERS: Pumpkin Pie Light & Dark, Crumb Cake Light, Granny Apple Green Light, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers Shimmery Whisper White, Coastal Cabana, Basic Black, Mercury Glass Designer Acetate
Stamps: Harvest Hellos
Tools: Apple Builder Punch, Basket Weave 3D Embossing Folder, Stitched Nested Labels Dies, Heat Tool
Accessories: Iridescent Sequin Assortment, White Stampin' Emboss Powder, Whisper White Baker's Twine

Love those Blends Markers!  They make me so happy!!!  They are so easy and fun to use...

And that paper behind the pumpkins is the Mercury Glass Acetate.  I put some white cardstock behind it, but you could put any other color for a fun pop of color!  Or don't put anything so you see the card base through it.  I LOVE it!

Also...here is a fun & easy tip on mounting you stamps so that you just stamp and punch one time!

Basically...make a template from scrap cardstock by just punching out your builder shape.  Then, line your stamps in your template...with the part that sticks to the block facing up.  Mount on your block and stamp!  Easy, peasy!

I hope you enjoy!  Thank you so much for visiting!  Let me know if you have any questions or need help getting any Stampin' Up! supplies!!!

And here is the Birthday Boy:

Isn't he cute?!  😀  Love him!

I also love this color combo.  It's Basic Black, Poppy Parade, Coastal Cabana, and Gold. I have done similar cards to this before...it is a fun layout that has embossing, watercoloring, sequins, and some ink splatter...can't beat that.  Hee.  Here are a few pictures of the details:

A White Gleaming Christmas...

The first Christmas card I made for the year!

Colors: Whisper White, Bermuda Bay, Grapefruit Grove, Basic Black
Inks: Bermuda Bay, StazOn Black
Cardstock/Papers Shimmery White, Whisper White
Stamps: Christmas Gleaming
Tools: Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack, Stitched Rectangles Dies, Basic Pattern Decorative Masks
Accessories: Iridescent Sequin Assortment, Nature's Twine, Shimmery White Embossing Paste

That design in the background is all shimmery!  And I love it!  It is done with the new Basic Pattern Decorative Masks and the Shimmery White Embossing Paste.  So it shimmer-shimmers in real life!

Also...I pretty much love this ornament:

I stamped it in Bermuda Bay ink onto Shimmery White cardstock.  Then I just took an Aqua Painter and lightly went over it to blend the color a bit.  😍

Also used a couple of the Stitched Rectangle Dies to make a little frame.  And always need a few sequins, right?!  Hee.

I hope you enjoy this card!  Have you made anything for Christmas yet?! Thanks for visiting!  Please let me know if you have any questions!
