Make It Work!!

Who has "throw away" items on your crafting desk that never get used?!  You know...the things you had great plans for on a project, but it just didn't work so you did something else?!  Or just leftover pieces from a mass production project?  Well...I have quite a few of those.  SOOOOO....I gave myself a little challenge.  I challenge myself to use these pieces and make something out of it.  I am sharing this project with you today.  It wouldn't necessarily be a color combo I would pick if I were starting from scratch, but it's kinda growing on me.  What do you think?!

There is a sneak peek on this card.  The embossed background is an embossing folder that is being released in the NEW HOLIDAY CATALOG!  That goes live on Sept 1st!!!!  (Let me know if you need a copy!  I will send you one FREE!!!) Whoooo!!!

Here is a side view...

LOVE LOVE LOVE these 3D flowers.  SO easy, quick, and FUN!  And pack a punch!!! If you follow my blog, you have seen these a lot.  :-)

Hope you enjoy this quick card.  Oh...best part about this card was it was SO QUICK to make!  Cause I used pieces already made!  Seriously....everything but the gold sequin strip that I had to cut off the roll was already done!  And I would of just thrown them away!  Now I have a fun card to give someone!

SOOOOO...I challenge you to do the same!  Have a "Make It Work" moment and use your leftovers!

Thanks for visiting!  Let me know if you have any questions!  designwithink@gmail.com.

What a great challenge! We all have fun scraps that we don't want to throw away but don't know what to do with them either. I love what you did with yours! I'm going to take up this challenge!
