Cards to Scrapbooks to Cards to Scrapbooks...

One of the things I LOVE about stamping is the versatility. When I went to an upline's meeting a while back she had some of these displayed and I thought this is so clever. She did all these scrapbook strips that could easily be turned in to cards as well. Here are a few...

Aren't they fun?! I love them. So whether you want to do a scrapbook page or a card or just can't decide...you can take the same project and turn it in to either! I hope you enjoy and thanks for visiting!

In Color Set...

I saw THIS card on my friend's blog and she CASE'd that card that she saw HERE. Well as soon as I saw them, I fell in LOVE. :) So I had to make my own. :) I took the card I saw, and I made one in every one of the In Colors. On to the cards...
HOW CUTE ARE THEY?!?!? Since I totally copied it I can say that I think these are the cutest things ever! :) This one project made me fall in love with the In Colors all over again. They are cuter in person because I couldn't get a good group picture with all the details. There are close-up photos below that you can see more details.

Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo:
Rich Razzleberry and Crushed Curry:
Soft Suede and Dusty Durango:
So you can see all the details...here is a close-up of the Melon Mambo one:
I used the new Texturz plate, Perfect Details. I LOVE it. Then I sponged and also used the Color Spritzer tool that I don't get enough use out of. It was so much fun. Hope you enjoy! Thanks for visiting!

Cutie Gift Bag...

When I went on my Founder's Circle trip for Stampin' Up! last Sept, I met some amazing people there! One of these people is Tiffany. She was Rising Star #1! :) Anyway...she had the cutest little bag on her blog the other day. You can see it HERE. I wanted to copy her bag directly because I LOVE those balloons! Seriously....SO CUTE! But I thought I would change it and try something else so I could see a different look. So here is my bag:
A close-up of the Daisy...
And here is the thickness of it.
Now I'm sure you have noticed the mistake I made. Whenever I make bags/boxes/whatever...I make sure the seams are in the back. Well I obviously forgot to do that here so sorry! But hope you enjoy!!! Thanks for visiting!

Since you asked....you got it!

I've had some requests about making my July's class tutorial for sale. I've listened and decided I would do that! :) I'm sorry I can't just give this tutorial away. Since this is a paid event it just isn't fair to do that to those that come/pay for the Class To Go. But I have a 22-page tutorial with LOTS of pictures so it's perfectly clear how to make this album. There are step by step directions, measurements listed, supply lists, etc, etc. If you would like to purchase it, it's available for $4.95 and there is a PayPal link at the bottom of this post. If you are a demonstrator, you are more than willing to purchase this as well. (I get lots of questions asking if demos are allowed to buy my class to go kits and such...so yes you can!!) FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE BOUGHT A CLASS TO GO KIT....you will be receiving this tutorial via email so don't purchase again. :) Please let me know if you have any questions and enjoy! Allow 24 hours after payment for tutorial to be delivered via email, but odds are it will be a LOT quicker than that! :) If you would like to receive all the supplies to make one of these with the tutorial see THIS POST and I'll be happy to mail you them!

Thanks for visiting!

Pumpkin Pie Trio....

I am still showing you projects I made from the few hours I had in my room when my mom took my daughter out on the town. :) It's AMAZING what you can get done in just a few short hours of peace and quiet! :) This project was inspired by Stampin' Up! Seriously....they give us demo's SO many ideas...I LOVE it! The tall box is the box they showed us and then for the others I just took the same idea, and changed measurements around a bit to make the others. On to the pics... All three of them together hanging out just waiting for some fabulous gifts to go inside. :)
Here is the tall box. I actually really had a lot of fun making this one and am planning on making lots more. :)
This one is SO much fun in real life. The scallop frame and the "u" are both chipboard. All I did was smoosh them in craft ink (have to use craft because it is thick and juicy and stays wet longer) and then embossed them with Iridescent Ice. I LOVE the white frame. It's so sparkly and wonderful. The "u" is pretty fabulous as well. Here is a close-up:
Don't know how well you can tell, but hopefully you can kinda see. :) Then here is the scallop box...
I couldn't decide what image to put on it so I finally settled on a bow with the corduroy button tied on the middle. I decided I really like this and will probably do this more. :) Then the "you" definition is from "Define Your Life" and is embossed with Chocolate Chip Craft ink and Clear embossing powder. Here's a close-up:
I hope you enjoy! I had no idea I was in a "lovey" mood until I started on these boxes. Apparently I love hearts! :) Hope you enjoy! Thanks for visiting!

    Lovin' The Bitty Box...

I've shown you a Bitty Box before (a box I made with the Bitty Box Die) HERE. My dear friend, Kasia, asked about the envelope and if it fit inside. So I decided I should probably make one with the envelope so she/you could see. :) So here you go...I used Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive, and Whisper White. I haven't used the Eggplant color much and it was fun! I actually did NOT use Chocolate Chip anywhere! I can't believe it! :) I'm proud of myself for branching out a bit. :)
Here is a bit of a side view. For the Eggplant in the button, I just cut a super small strip of card stock and then put it in the holes and adhered in the back. Now you can have any color inside your buttons! :) The Old Olive Designer Series Paper and flower actually slide right off. I just made it as a Belly Band so you could take it off completely to open the box. Here is a view of the Belly Band...
And then when you open it you can see how DARLING the note inside is!!!
I had the flap of the envelope on top because I love that little flower accent. It is 2 of the flowers from the Boho Blossom punch. I sponged them a bit, and then put an Old Olive brad in the middle. Then attached it to the envelope flap. Here's a close-up...
And then here is the cute little note inside the envelope. I used the other flower from the Boho punch, sponged again, and used another Old Olive brad...
I love this box and envelope combo. It was so much fun to play with. And so BITTY cute! :) Oh...and before you have to ask....here is what I did to seal the envelope. Since Stampin' Up! doesn't sell the "Greeting Glue" anymore (so sad!) I had a moment of brilliantness. (Haha...I'm kidding.) But I just used our 2-way glue pen! If you apply the glue and stick it while it's still blue, then it's permanent. BUT...if you wait a bit for it to try then it is temporary adhesive. So PERFECT to seal an envelope and worked like a charm. Hope you enjoy! Thanks for visiting!

    Fun With Boxes...

Here is another box Stampin' Up! showed us demos how to make. (BY THE WAY...if you have EVER thought about becoming a demo, do I have some good news for you. There are TWO fun promotions for people to sign up to become demo's starting tomorrow so check back for more info or feel free to email me. :) ) This one is just called a square box and it was super fun to make. HOW MUCH FUN to make your own coordinating gift boxes for any present you give? You could change the measurements to fit whatever gift you have. Click HERE to see the measurements I used for this box. (***Note: for the bottom part of the box, just cut a smidgen off two perpendicular sides of a 12x12 sheet. You just want it a titch smaller so the lid fits on...less than 1/8" of an inch. Let me know if you have questions!) On to the box...

I used Rose Red textured card stock for this box, but it would look beautiful with anything! Then the flower tag is from one of the DSP's that has the cut-outs. Can't remember the name right now. Then I cut out a So Saffron circle and sponged to edges to give it some depth. Don't know if you can tell (but I do have a close-up picture further down) but the sentiment is embossed so it's gorgeous in real life. A side view of the box...
And then a close-up of the tag...
This was a super simple but super fun box to make! Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks for visiting!
