I love how easy it is to make fun decor items with your Stampin' Up! supplies! Here is a fun frame made with the Frosted Floral Designer Series Paper...

Tools: Big Shot, Frosted Bouquet Framelits, Bunch of Banners Framelits

Accessories:  Gold Metallic Thread, Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets

This was so quick and easy to make!  It is simply a piece of the FABULOUS shimmery paper cut to fit the size of the frame and a fun little greeting focal point.  The paper did most of the work!!
