I love Sea Turtles! Okay...I love the ocean and sea life in general. But I think turtles are so cute, graceful, and just are so peaceful! I love the peace I feel whenever I am lucky enough to be in their presence. 💗 This makes me VERY happy Stampin' Up! has a Sea Turtle Stamp Set in their Annual Catalog! I have a dear family member that also loves sea turtles, so I made her this card to celebrate her birthday!

Just a few notes on some of the details of the card:
- I took a strip of Coastal Cabana cardstock and drew some lines on it with the Dark Pool Party Blends Marker. Then adhered that to the right of the watercolored wash piece.
- Stamped & embossed the turtles in gold onto Vellum Cardstock and then cut them out. I adhered them with mini dimensionals to give them some depth but you can still see the background behind the embossing because of the vellum.
- A watercolor wash background is always a good idea! 😊 I used Soft Sea Foam and Coastal Cabana for this wash.
- I ♡ the Flat Adhesive-Baked Pearls. They add such a fun detail!

I can’t believe this.
