You've Got the WRITE STUFF!!

I found a little gem in my stash of stuff that I am SO SAD I haven't been playing with ALL YEAR!!! It's called "The Write Stuff Specialty" Designer Series Paper! It is SO MUCH FUN! There are all these fun die cut sheet pages that are SO CUTE then there are full sheets of coordinating Designer Series Papers in there as well! This is the card I made with this stuff...
How much fun?!?! And NO...the pieces did not come sewn. :) I did that myself. I'm still loving my sewing machine...although I haven't used it a ton. And what is that spritzed background?! WHY IT'S THE SMOOCH SPRITZ FROM THE MINI CATALOG! I am LOVING this stuff! This one is the Log Cabin. And I've been using this lots. :) It's shimmery in real life. :)

Here is a close-up of the flower element...
I stitched around each of the pieces a few times. And although I am not a good seamstress...I could have stitched these flowers a bit better. But I wanted that whimsical look with it. So I went around a few times and just made it a bit choppy. All three pieces are separate...and I just layered them together with dimensionals. You can't really tell from photos...sorry! :) And there another close-up...
The stamp set is called "FYI" and I LOVE it! It has all these sayings that go with FYI like, "you are awesome," "you make me smile," "I'm sorry," etc. I didn't stamp the inside yet with one of the sayings that go with FYI because I'm not sure what kind of card I want it to be yet. :) BUT...I will get to that part when I know! And yes...I sprayed the "FYI" piece with the Smooch Spritz as well! :) And the color combo is Ruby Red, Old Olive, Crushed Curry, and Soft Suede. Oh...the card base is Kraft.
Anyway...I had a ton of fun making this card and I hope you enjoy! Thanks for visiting!
