Soaring Kite...

Does anyone else feel that life is just SO CRAZY these days?! First of all...my BABY is turning ONE TOMORROW!!!! I just can't even believe it!!!! And then my Grandma passed away 2 weeks ago today. Which is so heartbreaking...she is one amazing woman!!! Then add on other emotional life things....and it just wears me out! :) Hope all of you are doing well and it's just me. :)

On to stamping...are you sick of seeing this kite set and this color combo?! I know I have been posting a lot of this stuff lately. But I had SO MUCH fun with these supplies I just couldn't stop creating with them. :) So here is another card for you...

I added some Dazzling Details accents on this card. Here you can see the clouds I stamped behind the kite. I stamped the kite first onto my cardstock and then masked the kite (stamped the kite image onto a post it, cut it out, put the post it over my stamped image, stamped the clouds over the post it covering my stamped image, and then removed the post it). Colored in the clouds with the Dazzling Details and of course...used my Color Spritzer to add some more detail. Here is a close-up...

I also added some glitter to the scallop edge as well. And that taffeta ribbon (that is FREE with a $50.00 order this month...one of the Sale-A-Bration benefits!!!) is so glorious! :) I hope you enjoyed this card!
