Santa Christmas...

Happy Thanksgiving Week!  Yes...it's almost Thanksgiving here in the United States.  Wow!  So I'm not overlooking Thanksgiving....but I do have a Christmas card for you!  :)  Cause Christmas is right around the corner as well!!!  And I have to admit...LOVING this card!  It's made with the Circle Thinlit card dies that Stampin' Up! released just a few months ago.  I get a lot of use out of these.  They are fantastic!!!

Here it is...
I think this Santa stamp from the "Santa's List" stamp set (in the Holiday Mini) is just so fantastic!  LOVE him!  So he takes front and center on this card.  Then the little banner gets held behind the button when it's closed.  Then when you "flip" the card open...there is an extra flap on the card that is easy to make with this die so it opens like this...
So fun, right?!  With lots of writing room or put a photo...or whatever you need!

Hope you enjoy this card!  Thanks for visiting!

Unconventional Christmas...

Who needs another Christmas card idea?!  This one I am sharing today uses an unconventional stamp set to make ornaments.

Pretty clever, right?!  This is the Mosaic Madness stamp set...and I used the coordinating Mosaic punch to punch out the images.  Easy peasy to use a stamp set not intended for Christmas for a Christmas card!  Also used the fabulous and wonderful Washi Tape and Ruffled Ribbon.  Here are a few more pics...
Hope you enjoy!  Thanks so much for visiting!

November Club Project...

This month for club we made a little treat pouch for our project.  (Or it could be a pouch for cards or any thin item.)  I love this pouch because it is using one of the amazing kits that is in the Holiday Catalog.  It is from the Thankful Tablescape Kit.  Just goes to show...that even if the kits don't seem like something you would use (I don't necessarily need the napkin pouches, etc.)...look again!  They are pre-cut/pre-score items that make crafting a breeze if you are in a hurry!

So this is what we made with the kit...
With the exception of the button and sentiment label...everything came from the kit.  This is how the pouch opens up...
We must made the score lines to fold the flap down...everything else was pre-scored for us!  And it's actually quite a large pouch.  Here are two full size chocolate bars inside...
The chocolate fits all the way in the pouch...I just have them pulled up so you can see them.  I also like how the pouch is scored.  It is wider at top to make things fit easy inside...
And here is a close-up of the focal point...
The smaller leaf is the same yellow design as the big leaf but is white on the other side.  So we just flipped it over and stamped it to give it a contrasting pattern.

Hope you enjoy this project!  Thanks for visiting!!!

November Club Card...

We had our monthly club night last night.  Can I just say...I love my club members and it's so nice to be able to get together once a month!  And I wish my long distance clubbers could come also!  I miss them too!!!  Just wanted to share the card we made this month...

Happy Thanksgiving!!!  LOVE LOVE LOVE the Shimmer paper and Burlap ribbon!  It just SPARKLES and shines but yet doesn't totally take over the card.  Here are a few more shots...

Hope you enjoy this card!  Thanks so much for visiting!

Merry Christmas with Snowflakes...

Here is just a quick and easy idea for a Christmas card!  It's using the new Snowflake stamp set with coordination framelits set called "Festive Flurry".  You get a discount for ordering them together...so make sure you do that! :-) (They are on page 30 in the Holiday catalog.)

Love all the banners and the touch of silver glimmer paper!

Here is a close-up of some of the details...
Hope you enjoy this layout!  If you don't need a Christmas card...this would be a great layout to use for any occasion!

Thanks for visiting!

Christmas Cheer For All...

It's never too early to start thinking of Christmas cards, right?!  I bet a lot of you are done with them at this point...if you are hand-making them anyway.  But maybe some of you are just needing a couple handmade cards to deliver with neighbor gifts.  Either way...here is an idea for you...

This card is quite quick and easy...thanks to the Bow Die from Stampin' Up!  Seriously this bow die is SOOOO CUTE!   You can even use it with fabric and felt to make hair bows for your hair!!!  (I have three girls...so this is a BIG deal to me! :) )  I will show you some of those in another post.  Anyway...this card just requires some background paper, paper for the bow, a fun greeting, and some Baker's Twine.  Then lets not forget the shimmer of the Silver Glimmer Paper.  So easy!  And so easy to switch up for any color combo you want or prefer.  Here is a pic of the fun greeting...
I hope you enjoy this card!  Thanks so much for visiting!!!
