Welcome 2025 Artisan Team!

Today we have a fabulously fun hop for you!  With enthusiasm and great honor we, the 2024 Artisan Design Team, introduce you all to the incoming 2025 Artisan Design Team!  Today I am sharing a card that I cased from Bree Renwick - @craftsomnia!

I actually combined two cards because I just couldn't decide. 😂  When you look at all of her cards, you will understand!  😃 Couldn't choose just one!  So I took the layout from one of Bree's amazing cards & then colors from another!  I love Bree's cheery, clean & bright style.  I especially always love the color combo she uses!  She is on the current 2024 Artisan Design Team, but she is returning also as a member of the 2025 Artisan Design Team!  And it is no wonder!  Everything she creates is so gorgeous and inspiring!

So without further ado ... here is the card I made inspired by two of Bree's cards!

All supplies are from ©️ Stampin' Up!

Colors Petunia Pop, Lemon Lime Twist, Basic White, Basic Black, Gold
Inks: Petunia Pop, Lemon Lime Twist, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Petunia Pop, Lemon Lime TwistBasic White, Basic Black, Textured Metallic Specialty Paper, Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper
Stamps: Lifetime of Love, Saying Hey
Tools:  Lifetime of Love Dies, Exposed Brick Embossing Folder, Water Painter, Heat Tool
Accessories: Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder, Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins, Baker's Twine Essentials Pack

And here are the two cards of Bree's that I CASE'd!

Aren't they both so cute?!  I really loved the striking black/white/Petunia Pop/gold color combo.  Couldn't get it out of my head.  But when I saw her clever layout with the birds - I instantly wanted to make something with that layout.  Haha.  So that's why I had to use both!  Hee.

Here are a few more photos/details of my card:

I love the gold embossing on the black.  I will definitely be doing this more.  So classy and stunning.  I also embossed the flowers from the Lifetime of Love Stamp Set onto Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper and then watercolored them.  Paired with the coordinating Lifetime of Love Dies ... I think it all came together quite well.  I LOVE the embossed layer also and how it is just the one side of the card.  Adds such a fun textured detail.

I hope you enjoy these cards!  Please let me know if you have any questions!

Next up in our Meet the 2025 Artisan Design Team Hop is actually Bree herself! Yes ... we are both on the 2024 team AND the 2025 team!  Bree - @ craftsomnia!

Artisan Fun With The Cake Celebrations Bundle! Blog Hop!

Woot!  WOOT!  Another Artisan Design Team Mini Blog Hop!  Today we are sharing our projects that we made with the Cake Celebrations Bundle from Stampin' Up!  This was such a fun bundle to play with - and is so versatile!  Yes .. it is called Cake Celebrations.  But also yes ... here are the two cards I made that don't have any cakes on them! 💕

So much fun, right?!  I had a lo a lot of fun playing with these products.  And I want to share a few fun details, so I am going to start by sharing more of this card first:

It is a bit hard to photograph this card, but when I show you some other angles of it, I think you will see how cool this card is.  😁

I mean ... just look at how cool that window is!  I first cut out a frame using two of the dies nested together from the Countryside Corners Dies.  Then I cut out the full shape from a Window Sheet.  Then the fun begins!

I add some of the White Pearlized Enamel Effects Basics to a Silicone Craft Sheet.  (Not pictured - sorry!)  Then I just took a paint brush and kinda pounced/swiped down a bit to get this texture.  (I probably should do a video on this!) And just covered the window sheet!  Then just let it dry!  It was so much fun and I LOVE how it turned out!

Then brick background was really fun to make too!

I just used the stamp circled below ...

... to stamp repeatedly.  Sometimes not inking before stamping to get the variation of color.

Then I just added some splatter and stamped over it to add some texture.  😍

This card was a total blast to make!  Now on to this next one ...

How fun are those candles?  I showed in the main photo a tip on how I made these, but here is the photo again where I highlight that bit ...

I used a cake layer die for the candles and cut from one of the floral images to get my candle flames.  Pretty fun, if you ask me.  Hee.

I hope you enjoyed these cards!  Now you get to keep hippity hopping because there is SO MUCH more beauty to see as you hop along! SOOOOO ...

NEXT IN OUR HOP IS ...

A Simple Peaceful Evergreens for TGIF Challenge #503!

We have a fun sketch challenge for you for the TGIF Challenge #503!  I LOVE a good sketch challenge!  It really makes this whole card making process so easy!  And for my card today - I made it super easy!  I needed a quick Christmas card, so I made one with this sketch!  I changed it a tiny bit ... because that's the beauty of a sketch!  It is just a jumping off point!  But mostly ... kept pretty much true to it.   This is just such a fabulous basic sketch that could take you a million different places!

First up is my card, and then I will show you the sketch!  😃

All supplies are from ©️ Stampin' Up!
Colors Pretty In Pink, Basic White, Gold
Inks: Night of Navy, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Pretty In Pink, Thick Basic White, Basic White
Stamps: Peaceful Evergreens, Peaceful Season
Tools:  Heat Tool, Water Painter (for splatter)
Accessories: Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder, Baker's Twine Essentials Pack, Gold & Silver 1/8" Trim Combo Pack, Metallics Enamel Effects Basics (splatter), Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins (SAB 2025 Offering!)

So want to see the sketch now?!  I would guess so!  Hee.

You can see I really did stay pretty true to the sketch.  I did switch the layout orientation.  Then instead of adding 5 elements across, I just stamped a stamp from the Peaceful Evergreens Stamp Set - but it does even have 5 trees!

And I embossed them in gold ... which makes them stunningly beautiful ...

That's what I love about simple cards.  It's a great way to add just a few details, but it really highlights the simple beauty of them.  Have a fun little tip below too - in case you were wondering where that gold behind the "Merry" comes from.

Here is what I did!

1. Took the gold trim from the Gold & Silver 1/8" Trim Combo Pack and cut a length off the roll.  Then I just cut down one of the sides of the ribbon - just a tiny bit.  I wanted to just "release" what is holding the ribbon together.  Then I just carefully start pulling the individual strands of gold - and you can see how there is a white bit that they are all embedded in.
2.  Finish with the length of the ribbon and end up with some fun gold fibers to play with!
3.  Gather and wrap fibers in a bit of a circle and adhere to the back of the saying.
4. Doesn't have to look pretty on the back! Hee.

Love the little detail it adds!  Here is one last view of the whole card:

AND ... I even have a SNEAK PEEK on this card! Those sequins are from a FABULOUS pack of sequins that will be available in January for ☆☆☆ FREE ☆☆☆ with a qualifying Sale-A-Bration purchase!! 💕 Yup ... you have my permission to get excited!  Hee.  Let me know if you need new catalogs!  The Sale-A-Bration Brochure or the Jan-April 2025 Catalog are both being released in January!

NOW ... come play along with us for this challenge!  Head on over to the TGIF Challenge Blog to see what the rest of the TGIF Design Team made & to play along with us! Can't wait to see what you make!

Let me know if you have any questions!  Would love to help you with all your papercrafting needs!  If you live in the United States ... please let me know how I can help you as a Stampin' Up! demo!

Peaceful Evergreens & Season Bundles!

Sharing a card today that just has some small tweaks from a card I posted back in September for an Artisan Design Team project.  I wanted to add some pink.  Hee.  Cause yes ... I believe in a Pink Christmas for sure! Hee.

All supplies are from ©️ Stampin' Up!
Colors Basic Beige, Pretty In Pink, Basic White, Gold
Inks: Pecan Pie, VersaMark, Pretty In Pink Blends Marker
Cardstock/Papers: Lemon Lime Twist, Granny Apple Green, Basic White, Basic Black
Stamps: Peaceful Evergreens, Peaceful Season
Tools:  Peaceful Season Dies, Peaceful Evergreen Dies, Painted Trees Embossing Folder, Heat Tool
Accessories: Gold Textured Adhesive-Backed Dots, Basics Wow! Embossing Powder, Baker's Twine Essentials Pack

So here it is ... with just a bit of pink added!  You may be asking what that pink twine is.  Well ... it is just white twine colored with a Blends Marker!  You can have twine in any color you need! 😍

Here are a few more pics just to share some details.  The base is the STUNNING Season of Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper.  I just embossed the trees on there with White Embossing Powder.  LOVE the gold foil details behind them.   Just so classy and cute with those pops of pink! 💗

The Peaceful Seasons Bundle is SOOOOO cute with the tags & saying it has.  LOVE this tag ... that stitched detail is spectacular!

I hope you enjoy this card!  To remind you, or if this is the first time you have seen it ... to show you, here is the original card I made.  Also ... it is showcased in THIS POST if you want to see what else I made with these bundles!

See not much different.  I just loved it a whole lot so wanted to make one with pink.  Hee.

Hope you enjoy!  Thank you so much for visiting! Please let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything!  Would love to help you with all your paper crafting needs!

Clean Floral Rainbow With Bright Skies Stamp Set & Dies!

Keeping it clean and simple today with this fun & bright card.  I used the Bright Skies Stamp Set & Dies from Stampin' Up! along with the Unbounded Love Dies for the scalloped rectangle.

All supplies are from ©️ Stampin' Up!

Colors Melon Mambo, Peach Pie, Lemon Lolly, Lemon Lime Twist, Coastal Cabana, Azure Afternoon, Gorgeous Grape, Basic White
Inks: Melon Mambo, Peach Pie, Lemon Lolly, Coastal Cabana, Azure Afternoon, Gorgeous Grape, Memento Black
Cardstock/Papers: Lemon Lime Twist, Basic White, Thick Basic White, Adhesive Sheets
Stamps: Bright Skies, Simply Said
Tools:  Bright Skies Dies, Unbounded Love Dies
Accessories: NONE!

I was tempted to do a few more things to this card, but ultimately ... I just kept it clean.  You could easily simplify this more and do less flowers or anything!  But I love the rainbow of flowers.  😍  A great card to cheer someone up a bit - in my opinion.

The die I used it awesome because it cuts out the 2 seperate pieces with one die - because it is a scallop frame die with the middle.  Here is a photo of the die set with the die I used circled ...

But again ... it is one die and it just cuts both of those pieces out.  💖  So I wanted to play with this a little bit and add some simple dimension.  I added some Adhesive Sheet to the back of the Basic White cardstock before die-cutting.  Then I just adhered the frame down to the card front.  But the middle I popped up on dimensionals.  That gives a fun detail with basically zero extra effort.  Then I just added the flowers in rainbow color order!

Stamp your greeting and VOILA!  No embellishment (kinda killed me, but I actually  ended up really liking it) and just a clean white card with fun pops of color!

I hope you enjoy!  Please let me know if I can help with anything! I would love to help you with your papercrafting needs - as well as help you get the Stampin' Up! supplies you need! Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!
