RIBBON RUFFLES are so much fun to do on a card!!!  😍😍😍

Look at how much interest they add!  I love it!

I also LOVE this Noble Peacock Specialty Designer Series Paper.  They are shiny foil designs.  Swoon! 💓  And....love those vellum accents punched out with the leaf punch!
