Colors Soft Sea Foam, Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo, Gold, Basic White
Inks: Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo, Soft Sea Foam, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, Gold Mercury Vellum, Gold Foil Sheets, Country Lace Designer Series Paper
Stamps: Heartfelt Hexagon
Tools:  Golden Greenery Dies, Cute Crochet Embossing Folder, Heartfelt Hexagon Punch
Accessories: Gold Embossing Powder (Metallics WOW! Embossing Powder), Iridescent 1/2" Striped Trim

My celebration is all about a wedding this month!   I went to a wedding reception the beginning of August for a very incredible person, so wanted to make the happy couple an incredible card.  Hee.  I added a LOT of texture to this card ... without wanting to add a bunch of bulk.  But I do have layers upon layers, so not sure how well I accomplished that.  Hee.

Here are some photos of the details:

⭐  Watercolored onto Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper.  Add some gold embossed splatter.  Die cut from paper.

⭐  Emboss Basic White cardstock.  Layer die cut pieces over embossed cardstock.

⭐  Trim Iridescent 1/2" Striped Trim Ribbon and tie into a bow around card front.

⭐   Add Designer Series Paper to card base.

⭐  Layer Gold Foil Sheet & Gold Mercury Vellum on card base.

⭐  Add card front to layered gold pieces.

⭐  Emboss, punch, adhere greeting.

I love how all these details came out!  Hope the recipient did as well, and hope you enjoy!  Thank you so much for visiting!   Now head to Stampin' Fancy Friday on either Instagram or Facebook to see what the other designers made for this months celebrations! 💖

Please let me know if you have any questions on this!  Or need to get any Stampin' Up! supplies (and live in the United States).  I would love to help you with all your papercrafting needs!

Well look what can happen with you combine a fun bundle with some fun die sets from Stampin' Up!  I mean ... just how cute is this project?!

(All supplies from Stampin' Up!)

Colors Pretty in Pink, Peach Pie, Coastal Cabana, Pretty Peacock, Gray Granite
Inks: Coastal Cabana, Gray Granite, Pretty in Pink, Daffodil Delight, Peach Pie, Lemon Lime Twist, Pretty Peacock
Cardstock/Papers: Coastal Cabana, Pretty in Pink, Gray Granite, Lemon Lolly, Petunia Pop, Basic White, Lily Pond Lane 6"x6" Designer Series Paper
Stamps: Friendly Fins
Tools:  Friendly Fins Dies, Countryside Corners Dies, Blending Brush, Water Painter, Hole Punch
Accessories: Pretty in Pink 3/8" Bordered Ribbon, Summer Splash 3/8" Bordered Ribbon, Peach Pie 3/8" Bordered Ribbon, Baker's Twine Essentials Pack, Iridescent Foil Gems

A fun little pouch to hold some fabulous tags.  😍  Want to see how I made it?!  It is SO EASY!  I made this for one of my Artisan projects, so if you saw it on Stampin' Up!'s pages first ... I am glad you made it to my blog also!  And fun ... I do have a few more pictures to share here. 💕

First up ... let's make the tags! Die-cut the second largest Countryside Corners Die in Basic White cardstock and Designer Series Paper.  Add ink to the Basic White tag with Blending Brush and splatter with the Water Painter. (Coastal Cabana is the color used here.) Cut the Designer Series Paper down to 2 1/4".

Next ... Adhere the Designer Series Paper to the bottom of the tags then decorate with the stamped and die-cut images.  Punch a hole in the top of the tag & add ribbon.  Tie a bow around the ribbon, securing it in place, using Baker's Twine. Repeat for the other tags & Designer Series Papers.

Now let's prep the pouch!  Cut a piece of cardstock to 5" x 12".  (Gray Granite is the color used here.)  Score it lengthwise at 5 3/4" & 6 1/4".  Cut out two of the largest Pocket Thoughts Dies.  Fold on each score line of the pockets and add Tear & Tape Adhesive to all the sides.

To finish the pouch:  adhere the pockets just above the score lines on the inside of the pouch.  Fold each side on the pouch up and punch a hole in the middle.  Add your tags to the pockets, tie it closed, and decorate the front of the pouch.

What do you think?!  So much fun, huh?! Here are a few more pics of some details!

I love all the layers & details.  I wanted to add the tag shape on the front also .. to give a hint as to what is on the inside!  I also added all of the fun ocean creatures to the front too!  I love them SOOOO much!  For the coral arch ... I die-cut it & then sponged the color onto the die-cut.

Also ... I can't stop looking at these tags! Look how cute they are!

What do you think?! Which is your favorite tag?! I can't decide!

Thank you so much for visiting!  If you have any questions ... don't hesitate to reach out!  Also ... I would love to see if you make one of these!  Please let me know if you need any of these fun Stampin' Up! supplies also!

Would love to help you with all your papercrafting needs!

Pink Adventurous Sky!

Pink airplanes should grace the skies more often, don't you think?!  😀  If you aren't convinced of that yourself, let me try to convince you by showing you a card with pink airplanes at least.  Hee.  This card is using the Adventurous Sky Bundle from Stampin' Up!

(All supplies from Stampin' Up!)

Colors Melon Mambo, Pretty In Pink, Coastal Cabana, Basic Beige, Gold
Inks: Coastal Cabana, Melon Mambo, Pretty in Pink, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Basic Beige, Pretty In Pink, Gold Foil Sheets, Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper
Stamps: Adventurous Sky
Tools:  Adventurous Sky Dies, Round We Go Dies, 2-3/8" Circle Punch, Heat Tool, Water Painter
Accessories: Basics Wow! Embossing Powder, Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder, Iridescent Faceted Gems

Perfect, don't you think?!  Hee.  Are you convinced we need pink airplanes?!  💕 Last time I posted a card with this set, I used a fun & bright color combo still ... but no pink.  You can see that card in THIS POST.  So I made a similar card here, with a focus of pink.

A few details:

🩷  Punch (or die-cut) a circle from Masking Paper and place the mask in the center of your Watercolor Paper.  Watercolor around it.  Let dry and then add some ink splatter in the same color you watercolored with.  Then remove the mask.  I just wanted a subtle circle "grounding" place for the planes.  (I did the reverse of this on the card in THIS POST.)

🩷  Stamp all your images onto Watercolor Paper & emboss them with Gold Embossing Powder.  Use your ink choice (I recommend any shade of PINK! 😉) to watercolor the planes and clouds.  Once dry, die-cut using the Adventurous Sky Dies.

🩷  Stamp & emboss your greeting onto a Pretty in Pink cardstock strip and trim.

🩷  Cut the scalloped/pointy piece from the Round We Go Dies from a Gold Foil Sheet.  Cut in half lengthwise (so you can save the pointy side for another project!) & adhere the scallop strip to the left side of the watercolored piece.

🩷  Stamp the metaled piece repeatedly around the edges of the front of the Basic Beige card base.

Hope I have convinced you that the world needs more pink airplanes in the skies! 😍  Thank you for visiting!  Please let me know if you have any questions!  And if you need this Adventurous Sky Bundle from Stampin' Up! - or any other Stampin' Up! supplies - please let me know!  Would love to help you!  Would love to help you with any of your papercrafting needs!

Filled With Cheer Mini Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Blog Hop!

Yes!  You read the title of this blog post correctly.  It is TIME to have another blog hop with some of my Artisan friends!  And per usual ... it is a fun & inspirational hop ... if I do say so myself.  Hee.  And using FUN products!  Stampin' Up! released a fun new Online Exclusive Stamp Set that coordinates with a set of dies previously released.  The Filled With Cheer Stamp Set is a holiday take that coordinates with the Filled with Fun Dies!  Let's get started showing you some fun things you can do with these products!  I love how we all use the same main products yet get so much variety! 💗

Funny thing about this set of cards ... I didn't set out planning to do this color scheme.  It truly just organically happened.  When I finished the "rainbow" presents card ... I was looking back and accessing to see if I should change anything and I just started laughing to myself.  Literally was like ... how did I just happen to do a rainbow color scheme?! 😆  Definitely not mad about it.  Haha.  So let's start with this card to show a little more up close:

If you noticed ... the background is pretty fun on this card too.  (So this card is not just all about the rainbow accents.  Hee.)  I used the die circled below, cut a bunch quickly out, and added them to Basic White cardstock.  ***TIP:  Add Adhesive Sheet cut to the size of whatever the cardstock is that you are cutting them out from.  And then you have your own little wood panel stickers that are super easy to apply!

Then for the rainbow pieces, I just stamped a few of the images and cut out the sections I wanted.  Added these to the fun wagon that I stamped & cut out using the Filled WIth Fun Dies.  Then another fun little tip ... the lightbulb stamp ... you use the pennant banner from the Filled With Fun Dies to die cut that!!!  Thanks, Stampin' Up! for fabulous coordination! 💕

All the images were colored with Blends Markers.  I absolutely LOVE the depth that gives images.  I never care if it's perfect or anything.  I just wing it.  BUT ALSO ... LOOK at those polka dots that I was able to add to the orange present by using the Light & Dark Shade of the Peach Pie Blends! Swooning! 😍

Here is a pic of the stamp set also ... so you can see all the fun images!

Such cute images, huh?!  😁  Time to highlight the second card!

This card also didn't start out with this color scheme.  But a few changes on some things that I started with & voila!  It ended up like this.  Hee.  And again ... Blends Markers adding a fun touch with the strips to the snowman's scarf.  Still swooning over this also! 😍 Hee.

The background was just made by stamping repeatedly in Crumb Cake ink, onto Crumb Cake cardstock.  Then added a little splatter, used a Blending Brush to add some ink to the edges, & then distressed all around!  Love the subtle depth that gives!  It make it pop! ... even when it is placed on top of the same color of cardstock card base!

What do you think?!  I hope you enjoyed both of these cards that I made with the FIlled WIth Cheer Stamp Set & Filled With Fun Dies!  What is your favorite detail?! Have any questions on anything?! 😊 Ask away!

And yes you guessed it!!!   Time to keeping hoping and check out the projects my fellow Artisan Design Team members made!  You won't want to miss them!

Magnolia Moods Birthday!

I had one of these gorgeous floral die-cuts from the Magnolia Mood Dies on my desk and I couldn't let it sit there all lonely. 😊 So I turned it into a birthday card for a friend!

All supplies used are from Stampin' Up!

Colors Pretty in Pink, Peach Pie, Lemon Lime Twist, Lost Lagoon, Basic White
Inks: Peach Pie, Lemon Lime Twist, Pretty In Pink, Lost Lagoon, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Lost Lagoon, Peach Pie, Basic White
Stamps: Submarine Life, Painted Lavender
Tools:  Eyelet Embossing Folder, Painted Texture Embossing Folder, Countryside Corners Dies, Magnolia Mood Dies, Heat Tool, Sponge Daubers
Accessories: Iridescent Faceted Gems, Pretty In Pink 3/8" Bordered Ribbon, Linen Thread, Basics Wow! Embossing Powder

I just used some Sponge Daubers to add some color to the flower.  I love adding color with Blending Brushes & Sponge Daubers because of the variety of shades you can get.  And it makes me feel so artistic.  😍😁

Love this font on the Happy Birthday greeting ... it is from the Submarine Life Stamp Set.  And how gorgeous is the Pretty In Pink 3/8" Bordered Ribbon?!  It is one of my fave ribbons and I just added two little pieces for a fun detail.

Thank you for visiting!  I hope you enjoy this card! Please let me know if you have any questions!  Would love to help you with all your papercrafting needs!  And if you need any Stampin' Up! supplies ... and live in the United States ... would love to help you with that as well!

Bird's Eye Sketch for TGIF Challenge485!

WOOT!  👏  A sketch challenge for TGIF Challenge #485!  I love a good sketch so here we go!  Here is the card I made for it!

Colors Pool Party, Gray Granite, Petal Pink, Lemon Lime Twist
Inks: Memento Black, BLENDS: Pool Party, Summer Splash, Gray Granite, Lemon Lime Twist, Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo, Crumb Cake
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Country Lace Designer Series Paper
Stamps: Bird's Eye View, Layers of Beauty
Tools:  Cute Crochet Embossing Folder
Accessories: Iridescent Faceted Gems, Baker's Twine Essentials Pack

I love these birds and so broke them out with some fun Blends!  LOVE me some blends!  A few places I used them:

🐦  Colored the birds!  Love all the different shades you can get from Blends Markers.

🐦  Colored the white strip of cardstock that I stamped the greeting on!  I wanted just a subtle ombre color, and it was so easy to do with a few Blends!

🐦  Colored the white Baker's Twine!  Just lay the twine on the glass mat, hold the brush end over it, and pull the twine!  It colors it so easily!

Wait!  Should probably show you the sketch now!  Hee.  Here is the challenge sketch:

I love how a sketch gives you a good format for a card, makes it so easy!, but you also have flexibility and creative freedom - of course!  So I took the "broken" background concept and cut a piece of Designer Series Paper into strips.  And then kept with the focal point in the bottom right corner with the greeting!

What do you think?  What are you going to make with this sketch challenge?!  Can't wait to see!  Head on over to the TGIF Challenge Blog to play along!

Thank you for visiting!  I hope you enjoy this card!  Please let me know if you have any questions or want to get your hands on any of the Stampin' Up! supplies!

Around The Bend Thanks!

Have you played with the Around The Bend Dies from Stampin' Up! yet?! I paired these dies with the Kindest Expressions Stamp Set for this fun floral card!

Colors Fresh Freesia, Pretty in Pink, Peach Pie, Lemon Lime Twist, Lemon Lolly, Basic White
Inks: Peach Pie, Lemon Lime Twist, Pretty In Pink, StazOn Jet Black
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Fresh Freesia, Lemon Lime Twist, Lemon Lolly
Stamps: Kindest Expressions
Tools:  Around the Bend Dies, Exposed Brick Embossing Folder, Blending Brushes
Accessories: Iridescent Faceted Gems

I used a mix of die-cutting from solid cardstock colors & from Basic White cardstock that I added ink colors to with a Blending Brush.  I love the depth this gives the flowers and leaves.

And just look at this stunning rounded edge with the leaves ... and that stitched detail?!  SWOON! 😍 😍 😍

I also am a sucker for soft flowers with a bold sentiment.  I love the sentiments in the Kindest Expressions Stamp Set with their mix of fonts that work wonderfully together!

Just look at how cute all these dies are, and that amazing sentiment stamp set!

Hope you enjoy this card!  Thank you so much for visiting!  Please let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything!  I would be happy to help you get your hands on any Stampin' Up! supplies that you need! (For those of you in United States.)  Don't hesitate to reach out!
