Thanks A Ton...With Stripes!

I "Whaley" love this whale!  What can I say?!  😁  So here is another whale card to share!

SUPPLIES:  (all items are available in my STORE!)

Colors: Pool Party, Magenta Madness, Misty Moonlight, Coastal Cabana, Soft Sea Foam, Black

Inks:  Misty Moonlight, Coastal Cabana, Soft Sea Foam, Magenta Madness, Pool Party

Cardstock/Papers:  Soft Sea Foam, Whisper White, Shimmery White, Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper

Stamps: Whale Done

Tools: Stitched So Sweetly Dies, Whale Builder Punch, Water Painters, Sponge Brayer

Accessories:  Whale of a Time Sequins, Pool Party 3/8" Sheer Ribbon, Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack (White Twine)

 

I have to say...the part I love most about this card is the stripes!  They are super easy to do! First..I just used some Washi Tape to "mask" some stripes on the cardstock.  Then I took the Sponge Brayer and brayered some Pool Party ink over it.  Next, just stamp the fishes over the stripes. 

Then take off the washi and admire.  Hee...

Also a little tip on this cute whale spray...

I just did a little watercolor wash in Coastal Cabana ink onto watercolor paper.  Then punched it out!  How fun is that little detail...I kinda love it.
