Succulent Teacher Appreciation...

It's Teacher Appreciation week at my kids school!  Love this week because I know how much effort teacher's put in to their jobs...and it's fun to have a week dedicated to saying thanks!  I sure do appreciate the job they do!  Our school is doing a different theme each day this week...so much fun! Tomorrow the kids are all dressing up nice and bringing a treat or flower to their teacher.  I decided to do a treat with my kind of flower...a paper one!  :-)

Did you see that the clearance rack was updated?!  Well...these fun boxes were on there for super cheap.  Sadly...they are sold out now, but hopefully you snagged some.  Here is something fun you can do with them!  AND... that ribbon is on the clearance rack!  $2.80 for 10 YARDS!  Just an FYI...the bottom box is filled with Skittles and the top box is filled with chocolate almonds.  These boxes hold a LOT, so it's quite heavy.  :-)

Quick & Simple With Washi...

Tonight's card is quick and easy...thanks to Washi Tape!  I LOVE this stuff!  Stampin' Up! has some great washi collections available in the current catalogs, as well as some fabulous ones on the recently updated Clearance Rack! (Check it out on my website: www.ashleyvancamp.stampinup.net) 

Washi is amazing cause it adds such a fun pop of pattern and color so quickly.  I've made quite a few cards similar to this, but here is one with my fave stuff right now...the Cool Treats Suite! However...this Washi is retiring and sold out, but pick any fun Washi (Check out those fabulous packs on the Clearance Rack!) and this card would be a breeze to make!

So quick and easy!  Give this card a try!

Easter Stampin' Treat...

A little late in this...but here is a fun double pocket treat holder that I made for Easter.  In the back pocket, I put a package of Delicate Doilies and in the front--some Easter bunny chocolate!  Can't beat chocolate and stamping supplies...right?!  :-)

 
You just take a Kraft Tag a Bag, and fold in half...and then adhere the Designer Series Paper around the bag to keep it all together.  So easy and fun!

April Club Project... Mini Egg Love Jar...

Have you seen the Mini Egg Cartons in the Occasions Catalog?!  Oh how I love them!  They are SOOO cute and so much fun!  So....how could I not use them for a club project?!  You may think that because Easter is done, you wouldn't use them anymore.  That's totally not the case!  For this one...we continued on using the same bundle that we used for the CLUB CARD that I shared already. This egg carton would be great for Mother's Day, Teacher Appreciation, Birthday, etc...

How much fun is this?!  Let me just say...this bundle...swoon!  Those flowers are stamped...look how gorgeous they are!  You stamp them in layers, so it really gives them so much depth.  LOVE them!

Then just untie the bow, and voila!  This is what I put in mine... 

I should of moved one of the chocolate eggs to the front, but there are two big caramel/chocolate eggs, a nail polish, and an egg lip gloss.  I plan on making these for Teacher Appreciation this coming up week.  

The egg cartons come a neutral color, but they are quickly and easily able to change any color!  Just fill a spritzer bottle 3/4 of the way full of rubbing alcohol, then add some drops of whatever color you want to use.  For this one--we added 6 drops of Bermuda Bay. 

Then just spritz away until it's covered!

This shaker is super easy to make with window sheets and the foam adhesive strips!  Here is a pic of how it's all put together:  card stock (with framelit cut out), window sheet (stamped), foam strip and sprinkles, then another window sheet.  Then you can easily handle the shaker without anything spilling out.  So easy!

TGIF Challenge - 103: Delicate Dragonfly...

Can I get a WOOT!!!  It's Challenge day.  And let me just say...I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE (did I mention LOVE) this weeks Challenge!  It's a sketch challenge...and just look at it...

Birthday Cards Galore....

Want to see a quick but fun birthday card that you can easily mass produce?!  Well here you go!!! ...

A bit of a side note...we are self-employed people here.  My husband has his own company (well...we own the company, he is just the one that works there.  Heehee.), and therefore....we like to put some personal touches on things for our clients.  One of those things are birthday cards.  Yes....I make them all.  Since we need a lot of them each year...I have to create a quick and easy card that I can easily mass produce.  Here is this years card design!  It's a 3"x4" piece of designer paper...so you can get TWELVE from one sheet of DSP!  And the DSP does most of the talking...so the rest of the card is really easy.  If you want to make it even easier...just leave the bow off the balloon!  :-)

Love the glimmer on the balloon though...

This polka dot balloons is SO CUTE!! It's from the "Balloon Adventures" stamp set that I LOVE!!!!

 

Even though this font is a bit elegant...I think it also goes well with a little whimsy.   Love a little font mixing!  Makes my heart happy!

First of all...this embossing folder is MY FAVORITE!  It's called "Sparkle" and I use it ALL. THE. TIME!  Look how fun and cute it is...

Second of all...who LOVES shimmer?!?!  I do!!! Hard to capture in a photo, but those circus tents are all sparkly.  I just colored over them with the Wink of Stella Clear Glimmer Brush.  Hopefully you can see a little glimmer, but it's really sparkly in real life.
