It's A Bird's Eye View for a CASE with Stampin' Fancy Friday in July!

Hello!  It is a CASING challenge for this month over with Stampin' Fancy Friday!  I LOVE these challenges!  They are so much fun!  Because all you have to do is find a card that inspires you from the Stampin' Fancy Friday Design Team and CASE them!  I ♡ LOVE ♡ these challenges because there are SO. MANY. AMAZING designers on this team!  The hardest part is deciding which designer to case!

Today I am going to show you my card first, and then I will show you what card I CASE'd!  So let's start looking!

I LOVE the bird set in Stampin' Up's 2023-2024 Annual Catalog called Bird's Eye View. It is just so dang cute!  This set is the star of the show in this card!

I will share a few more photos of the details of this card, but first ... here is the card that I CASE'd.  I found this card that my dear friend, Martin, made, and I just had to use it!  I think you can see why when you see it...

How cute is that?!  Yeah...I loved it too!  Hee.  I want to CASE this card using a bunch of different stamp sets! But...until I can...here are some photos of the details of the card that I did make...

I hope you love this card as much as I do!  It was certainly a lot of fun to make!  Please let me know if you have any questions!  And go follow along to see what all the fabulous designers on the Stampin' Fancy Friday Design Team made!  Stampin' Fancy Friday on Facebook or @stampinfancyfriday on Instagram!  Then play along with us and post your own project and tag us! Can't wait to see what you make! ♡

Please let me know if I can help you purchase any of these products, or any other Stampin' Up! products!  I would love to help you with all of your paper crafting needs!

Zany Zoo Sunshine ... TGIF Challenge #431!

Another fun inspirational challenge this week for TGIF Challenge #431!  I am loving these fun and happy challenges this week.  This weeks inspiration is about one of my fave things...the SUN!  😊  Take this and run with it...use the colors from the challenge, the theme, something about your fave activity to do in the sun ... just go where it takes you!  Here is the card I ended up with ...

Colors Bubble Bath, Lemon Lolly, Lemon Lime Twist, Pool Party, Petal Pink, Pumpkin Pie
Inks: Lemon Lolly, VersaMark, Assorted Blends Markers
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper, Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper, Basic Black
Stamps: Rays of Light, Circle Sayings (greeting)
Tools:  Nested Essentials Dies, Heat Tool
Accessories: Adhesive-Backed Sequin Trio

I am LOVING the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper.  One day when I was watching a movie, I just cut out all the little animals from this paper.  I have been wanting to use them for awhile, so I started with this challenge!  Look how cute they are!  And all outside enjoying the sun!  I stamped a little sunny "window" that is a fun little detail.  I actually stamped it on a back layer, and then die-cut the shape out of the top layer, embossed it, and adhered it with dimensionals so the sun was peeking out.  It was pretty fun to do!

I hope you enjoy this card!  I can't wait to see what you make!  Just head on over to the TGIF Challenge Blog and submit your card to play along with us!

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any help with anything!  I would love to help you with all your paper crafting needs!  So please get in touch!  💗

Delightfully Eclectic Birthday Tag ...

We just celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday!  As part of the festivities of her birthday, I actually had a present for her & her friend.  I wanted them to feel special & I love how I can use my Stampin' Up! supplies to make a personalized detail to do just that.  My daughter's nickname is Boon, and she's been loving her nickname these days.  So I made a tag for these gifts, in her fave color.  And for her tag, I used her nickname instead of her real name.  Nothing crazy & time consuming, but she LOVED it and loved seeing her nickname in "print."

Colors Fresh Freesia, Basic White
Inks: Fresh Freesia, Bubble Bath
Cardstock/Papers: Fresh Freesia, Basic White, Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper, Holographic Trio Paper, Vellum
Stamps: Cheerful Daisies
Tools:  Nested Essentials Dies, Alphabet A La Mode Dies
Accessories: Brushed Brass Butterflies

I really love the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper pack.  SO. MANY. FUN designs!  I added a layer of vellum over the paper to tone it down and make her name pop more.  And added a strip of the Holographic Trio Specialty Paper under her name.  Can we talk about HOW MUCH I LOVE the Holographic Paper?!  It is SO MUCH FUN!!! And gorgeous.  It shimmers and shines and changes in all the light.

These gifts were so much fun!

Hope you enjoy this!  Thank you so much for visiting!  Please let me know if you have any questions!  I would be happy to help you with all your paper crafting needs!

Delightfully Eclectic for Father's Day!

Sorry this is late in posting, but I made a few cards for Father's Day that I just want to share.  And ☆BONUS☆ ... they could EASILY be switched around for any occasion that you need a card for!  It is simply cardstock, designer series paper, a punch, and a greeting...with a little bling! And using a fun paper pack, like I used the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper for these cards, adds such variety!  I made all four of these cards in about 20 mins!

Colors Basic White, Soft Sea Foam
Inks:  Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Soft Sea Foam, Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper
Stamps: He's All That
Tools:  Bough Punch
Accessories: Tinsel Gems Three-Pack

Here are a few more photos of the individual cards ...

And just a quick pic of the greeting detail ...

And look at all the fun patterns that come in the Delightfully Eclectic Designer Series Paper ...

I love these cards and can't wait to make more myself with all the patterns.  😍

Beach Party!! with Just My Type ... TGIF Challenge #427!

Well hello there!  It is time for another TGIF Challenge!  And this may be my FAVORITE one ever!!!  I used the Just My Type Stamp Set to make a fun sunshine-y card!

Colors Flirty Flamingo, Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Lolly, Parakeet Party, Coastal Cabana, Fresh Freesia, Basic White, Basic Black
Inks:  Flirty Flamingo, Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Lolly, Parakeet Party, Coastal Cabana, Fresh Freesia, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Basic Black, Lemon Lolly
Stamps: Just My Type, Rays of Light
Tools:  Gorgeously Made Dies, Zany Zoo Dies (flowers), Heat Tool, Water Painter
Accessories: Basics Embossing Powders, Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels, Baker's Twine Essentials Pack

How fun, right?! The theme is BEACH PARTY!!!  I love this graphic for the challenge!

And I love these theme!  I have a few more pics of the card, but first I want to share a quick story as to how I arrived on doing rainbows for this challenge.  We are actually currently in Hawaii...so kinda perfect timing for this challenge, right?!  Haha.  Well...look what happened while we were at the beach the other day...

A rainbow RIGHT OVER US at the beach!  I couldn't believe it!  Pretty perfect, if you ask me.  Haha.  Anyway...so rainbows popped into my head when I saw the Beach Party theme and just went with it!

I did a watercolor wash background, in blue, to represent the ocean.  And then I used the little rainbow stamp in the Just My Type Stamp Set to make a rainbow of rainbows.  Pretty perfect, right?!  Hee.

I love all the little details and I LOVE the die cut from the Gorgeously Made Dies that makes that little spiral paper detail on the side.

You don't see much of it, but that background Lemon Lolly cardstock piece (the one with the notebook paper side) is stamped with the Ray of Light Stamp Set.  Subtle, but I love that detail.

I hope you enjoy this card!  Now you can head to the TGIF CHALLENGE BLOG  and play along with us this week!  I can't wait to see what you make!

Please let me know if you have any questions and if I can help you with anything!  I would love to!  Thanks so much for visiting!

Spots or Stripes? with Circle Sayings Bundle ... Fancy Friday June!

Have you seen the ☆NEW☆ Stampin' Up! Catalog?!   It is pretty amazing, if I do say so myself.  Haha. And one of my favorite bundles is the Circle Sayings Bundle.  I paired that with the fabulously fun Fancy Friday Challenge this month!  Spots or Stripes is the challenge!  What would you pick if you had to use one?!  Well...I couldn't decide so I used both!

Colors Bubble Bath, Coastal Cabana, Lemon Lolly, Lemon Lime Twist, Pecan Pie(for splatter), Basic White, Basic Black
Inks:  Bubble Bath, Pecan Pie, VersaMark BLENDS: Pool Pie, Lemon Lolly, Bubble Bath
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Bubble Bath, Coastal Cabana
Stamps: Circle Sayings, Wonderful Thoughts (thanks sentiment)
Tools:  All That Dies, Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder, Heat Tool, Sponge Dauber
Accessories: Metallics Embossing Powders, Basics Embossing Powders, Ribbon Duo, Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels

I have to admit...there is quite a bit I love about this card.  The spots are made with Sponge Daubers and the stripes in the background are made with a Stampin' Blends Marker.  I ♡ LOVE ♡ this new color, Bubble Bath.  Such a fun pinky-purple.

Then I embossed the Basic White Spotted background with the Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder and I love the texture this adds!

I also love this circle image.  I actually embossed it with gold embossing powder & colored it with Stampin' Blends Markers...Pool Party and the NEW Lemon Lolly.  (Another total fave color!)   Then I cut it out with the All That Dies.  (I used the same starburst die to cut out the stamped image, and then just cut around the circle impression on the die to get the right shape.)

Love the details on the card!  The splatter, the ribbon (Ribbon Duo Combo Pack), the Iridescent Rhinestones, etc.  What is your favorite part?

Hope you enjoy this card!  And hope you go see all the other fabulous creations made by the design team!  (Stampin' Fancy Friday on Facebook or @stampinfancyfriday on Instagram!)  Play along with us this month and tag us in your post!  Can't wait to see what you make!

Technique Challenge Or Inspirational Challenge?! for TGIF Challenge 425!

So...who is ready for another TGIF challenge?!  I am!  This week is technically a technique challenge.  And a FUN one at that!  However...I kinda went more of an inspirational route with this one.  I think I may go back and re-work it to be a more technique type.  But for now...here is a "FLIP-FLOP" inspiration for you!

Colors Lemon Lime Twist, Parakeet Party, Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lolly, Basic White
Inks:  Lemon Lolly, Lemon Lime Twist, Parakeet Party, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Basic White Thick
Stamps: Kindest Expressions, Tropical Leaf, Rays of Light
Tools:  Tropical Leaf Punch, Basics 3D Embossing Folders, Heat Tool
Accessories: Metallics Embossing Powders, Baker's Twine Essentials Pack (white), Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio

I went very sunshine-y & tropical on this card...where flip-flops are a necessity!  😂  But this is technically a more technical challenge!  Find a way to make a "flip" to your card!  But hey...let yourself FLIP over this challenge and let it take you wherever it takes you!  I can't wait to see what you make!

Here are a few more pics of the details.  And a side note...one of the stamp sets I used on this card,  Tropical Leaf, is an ONLINE EXCLUSIVE product.  You can also get it in a bundle with a coordinating punch!

Can I talk about how much I LOVE Gold Embossing Powder?!  Look how gorgeous it is!

Have you seen the new Lemon Lolly color?!  It is stunning!  I love it stamped with the Rays of Light stamp. 😍

I hope you enjoy this card!  What are you going to make?!

Head on over to the TGIF Challenge Blog and play along!  Can't wait to see what you make!

Please let me know if you have any questions at all!  I would love to help you with your paper crafting needs!

Just My Type...A Color Challenge for TGIF Challenge #423!

Well here we are with another color challenge!  Yay!  I  ♡ LOVE  ♡ a good color challenge!  And this one is a fun one! Thanks to TGIF Challenge #423!  I love being on this design team & I love seeing all the cards that everyone submits for these challenges!  So feel free to stick around to check out my card, then head to the TGIF Challenge Blog to see all the other cards from the other designers, and then make your own and submit it!  Can't wait to see what you make!

I used the NEW Just My Type Stamp Set ... that I love a whole bunch. 😁

Can you guess the colors that I used?!  If not...here they are!

Such a fun combo, huh?!  Here are a few more pics of the details...

I used the NEW Exposed Brick Embossing Folder for the background.  And the stripes on the side were made with the Lemon Lime Twist & Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends Markers.  One next tip...for the bow...I just used Linen Thread.  However, I separated the strands first & then tied the bow to give it a more "full" and whimsy look.

Isn't this typewriter just the CUTEST!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE all the little details this stamp set comes with.

Isn't it the best?!  But hey...you can use any stamp set you want to make something with this color combo!  What will you use?!

Colors Smoky Slate, Lemon Lime Twist, Calypso Coral, Basic White
Inks:  Smoky Slate, Lemon Lime Twist, Calypso Coral, Memento Tuxedo Black, BLENDS: Calypso Coral & Lemon Lime Twist
Cardstock/Papers: Smoky Slate, Lemon Lime Twist, Basic White
Stamps: Just My Type
Tools:  Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder
Accessories: Linen Thread, Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels

Thank you so much for visiting!  I hope you enjoyed being here!  😊  Now just head on over to the TGIF Challenge Blog and play along!
