Autumn Abundance Paper Pumpkin Fun With An Alternative!

Have you checked out Stampin' Up!'s Sept 2024 Paper Pumpkin Kit yet?!  It is called Autumn Abundance. I love getting this fun box in the mail!  📪 You can create the projects as instructed ... you get everything in the kit needed to make the projects as shown ... or you can take the pieces and change things up!  Either way is so much fun!  

Today I am sharing one of the alternatives I made for the Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin Live video using the kit & a few extra goodies.  I added Pool Party to the color combo ... because I like things a little fresh and fun no matter what the season is! 💗 Hee.

See how fun Pool Party is with this kit!  I just took the Spotlight of Nature Dies & used the largest stitched circle to cut out a piece from one of the card bases that came in the kit.

I absolutely love that they added that and that's where the "Hooray" die-cut comes from!  It is called Every Celebration Dies & you can only order these as a Paper Pumpkin subscriber!  (So reach out if you need to become one!)

TIP: Add Adhesive Sheets to cardstock before die-cutting!  This word is gorgeous, and thin, so it makes it so nice to just make it a "sticker" to easily adhere! 

Also ... yes that copper leaf is in the kit.  IT IS STUNNING!  On the sheet you pop the leaves out of, there is a fun little outline left after you pop it out.  So I just took my Paper Snips and cut around the outline to add another fun layer to the leaf.  😍

Another fun detail ... I stamped the Pool Party cardstock before embossing it with the Timber Embossing Folder.  I love the texture and detail it gives.
