Lifetime of Love For TGIF Challenge 461!

Well we are hoping to inspire you with this week's TGIF Challenge!  It is a fun inspirational challenge.  I am sharing my card first & then I will show you the challenge!  Then - head over to the TGIF Challenge Blog to play along with us!

Colors Coastal Cabana, Melon Mambo, Parakeet Party, Basic White, Basic Black, Gold
Inks: Coastal Cabana, Parakeet Party, Melon Mambo, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Basic Black, Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, Gold Foil Sheets
Stamps: Lifetime of Love
Tools:  Lifetime of Love Dies, Perennial Postage Dies, Heat Tool, Water Painter
Accessories: Basic Embossing Poweder, Metallics Embossing Powder, Adhesive Sheets

What could the challenge be?!  Well here it is!

Use his graphic as a sketch, or take the colors, or use the general vibe, or take the watercoloring wash technique, or whatever you think of - try it out!  We want to see! 😁

Here are a few more pics of the details! I actually made a similar card for a Stampin' Up! Artisan project recently.  You can see that post HERE. This is just a little different of a take!

I did lots of watercoloring with this, and I thought that floral frame from the Lifetime of Love Dies was PERFECT!  I stamped & embossed that leaf background, and then went to town watercoloring.  I have done this lots before and I truly love it.  It's so much fun and I think it is so gorgeous!  Then I just added the frame, that I die-cut in white, and watercolored/die-cut the flowers and added that!  ***TIP: use Adhesive Sheets on the cardstock you are cutting the frame out of.  That makes it SO EASY to adhere down to your project!

I also love the little postage accent under the greeting that I also did on my original card, so I added that!

Bring in a little more gold accent by putting some on the side, and VOILA!  I think it's so pretty!

Here is one more view of the full card!

I hope you enjoy!  Now that you have seen this - it's time to head to the TGIF Challenge Blog & play along with us!  We are so excited and always love seeing what you create!

Please let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything!  Would love to help you with all your papercrafting needs!  Please also let me know if you need help getting any Stampin' Up! supplies!
