This bundle is SO much fun! And more versatile than you may think! (Another plug to make sure you check out all we are posting in this hop! 😃) And the paper is so cute & easy to use to make quick focal points or anything! Let me share some details with you! First up ... the Coastal Cabana banner card!
To make the background, I first stamped a bunch of the sayings onto the card front. I didn't worry about it being perfect. Just stamp away in the order you want! I then blended a little ink onto the cardstock with Coastal Cabana ink. And then embossed it with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder.
Then for the banners ... I just punched some of the middle banner out with different colored cardstocks: Bubble Bath, Lemon Lolly, Basic Beige, and Soft Sea Foam. Folded them in half, and added them to twine I draped across the card front. (I adhered the twine to the back of the card front. Then tied the bows separately and used a glue dot to adhere to the card.) The heart is from the Hobby Haven paper.
Next up ... the Basic White card! I LOVE all the layers and textures on this card. Let me share some details ...
The banner accent was made by embossing some Basic White cardstock and then punching out a bunch of the banner piece. The "ticket" piece was just punched out from Designer Series Paper. Same as all the other pieces for the focal point!
