Hop Along With The 2025 Artisan Design Team Sharing What We ♡ LOVE! ♡

We are so excited about the 2025 Artisan journey we get to take with you this year & all that we have to share!  So let's keep the sharing going with an InstaHop!  Inspired by Feb 14th ... come hop along with us as we share projects inspired by things we love! ♡

I love a lot in my life ... my family, my friends, traveling, connection, taking care of people, all kinds of adventures, etc, etc.  But other than the relationships in my life, the ocean is my favorite.  😃 💕  In a way I will never be able to fully describe ... it brings me peace, joy, awareness, clarity, etc, etc, etc.   I would scuba dive every day if I could. My love of the ocean has basically become a part of my personality.  Haha.  Anyone else relate?!   So here is my love card to the ocean ... with a ocean mash-up of products!

All supplies are from ©️ Stampin' Up!

Colors Coastal Cabana, Peach Pie, Lemon Lime Twist, Pretty in Pink, Gray Granite, Basic White
Inks: Coastal Cabana, Peach Pie, Pretty in Pink, Lemon Lime Twist, Granny Apple Green, Shaded Spruce, Melon Mambo, Gray Granite, Pebble Path, Bubble Bath, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Basic White, Peach Pie, Lost Lagoon, Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper
Stamps: Friendly Fins
Tools:  Friendly Fins Dies, Ocean Friends Dies, Soft Waves Embossing Folder, Heat Tool
Accessories: Basics Wow! Embossing Powder, Baker's Twine Essentials Pack, Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins

I mean ... how cute?!  Right?!  Hee.  I just love this hop and the fun theme!

Because I have to admit ... I. Love. Sharks!  😍  I was surprised by this fact.   The first time I went scuba diving I told someone I NEVER wanted to see one.   Well ... I saw one that very first dive and it was love at first sight.  They are such graceful, smart, amazing creatures.  So I was very excited the Friendly Fins Bundle exists so I can have a cute shark on my love to the ocean card.  Hee.

Are you loving that coral and sea grass like I am?!  Let me show you how I did that!  It is so easy!  Basically ... just watercolor some splotches of color onto Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper.  It does NOT have to look pretty!  At all!  You don't want too large of an area with just one color ... if you are going for variety ... so just do small spots of each other.  Then let it dry & cut it out!  I love how each piece is different!

This is the same thing ... I just kept in the green palette for this one!

These were so much fun to make and I love the detail they add to the final card!  Those die-cuts are from the Ocean Friends Dies.  LOVE LOVE them!

Here are a few more pics:

And one final little detail.  After I did a watercolor wash on the background, I painted a thin coat of the White Pearlized Enamel Effects over it.  Hard to photograph, but it is SOOO pretty in real life.

I hope you enjoy this card!  I also hope you love the ocean yourself because she is a majestic creation!

Magical Terrific Toadstools!

Are you LOVING the Terrific Toadstools Bundle in the Jan-April Mini Catalog from Stampin' Up!?!  I know I am!  I sent out a batch of these cards to some pretty magical people probably about a month ago.  Guess it's time to finally share this cutie here!

All supplies are from ©️ Stampin' Up!

Colors Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Lemon Lime Twist, Peach Pie, Gray Granite, Basic White
Inks: Coastal Cabana, Lemon Lime Twist, Peach Pie, Gray Granite, VersaMark
Cardstock/Papers: Pool Party, Basic White, Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper
Stamps: Terrific Toadstools
Tools:  Perennial Postage Dies, Peaceful Seasons Dies (LAST CHANCE ITEM!), Plaster Painting Embossing Folder, Water Painter, Heat Tool
Accessories: Baker's Twine Three Color Pack, Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins (Sale-A-Bration FREE Item!)

How fun is she?!  Hee.  I love the embossed layers behind the focal point.  I adhered them at slight angles for just a bit more interest.  Then that postage stamp layered behind the focal point is just chef's kiss!  I love those dies!

Running a fingernail down the edges of the cardstock create this subtle distressed look.  I love adding this because it just makes that focal point pop!  Yet so quick & easy & a free tool!  Hee.

What do you think of these toadstools?!  Are you a fan?!

Thank you so much for visiting!  Please let me know if you have any questions!  And if you don't have a this Stampin' Up! catalog (or any current ones) - please let me know and I would be happy to help!

Howdy Yee-Haw With Words! Words! Words! Use Your Stash ...

Yay!  It's time for another "Use Your Stash" Blog Hop!  I am LOVING breaking out some stamp sets I haven't used in far too long!  I hope these hops inspire you to do the same!  Grab something you haven't used in awhile, create with it, & share!  (Use the #UseYourStashHop when you share!)

I am so excited to share my card today!  This month is all about Words! Words! Words! ... so I grabbed a definite oldie but goodie stamp set that has sentiments in some of my very fave fonts.  I ♡ LOVE LOVE  this stamp set!  It is called Yee-Haw!  So fun, huh?!  (I do have a photo of the stamp set at the bottom of this post.) I believe it was one of the very first photopolymer stamps Stampin' Up! put out.  Crazy!

To create some drama for the "Words! Words! Words" theme ... I stamped & cut out one of the sentiments multiple times to create that dramatic "Wordy" impact!

Not to "rootin' tootin'" my own horn 😂 but HOW CUTE is this?!  Yeah ... kinda in love.  Haha.  😍  Here are a few more pics with some of the details ...

Isn't this font so much fun?!  I love it!  All the coloring was done with Blends Markers.  😍  I am sure they will always be a favorite of mine.  And I LOVE the Timber embossed background with this set!  So using some "new" with the "old."

I have to be honest ... can't stop looking at this card and probably need to go make a few more so I feel like I can give this one away.  Hee.

And here is the full stamp set that I used.  Yee-Haw!

Now it's time to hoppity hop along and go see what the other designers have made!  Instagram is where the hop is being hosted! Next up is the amazing  Nicole:   https://nickmalolles-handmade.de   IG: @kreative_papierwunder

Color Fun & Around It All Dies! With TGIF #511!

Yay!  It is color challenge time with this weeks TGIF Challenge!  I love a good color challenge!  And this one is fun and festive!  It may actually remind you of a certain holiday that is coming next week.  😊  But ... I actually didn't make a Valentine's card.

I made a fun pink thank you card!  And a fun PINK! thank you card is never a bad idea, right?!  😂

All supplies are from ©️ Stampin' Up!

Colors Bubble Bath, Real Red, Smoky Slate
Inks: Bubble Bath, Smoky Slate BLENDS: Real Red, Bubble Bath
Cardstock/Papers: Bubble Bath, Smoky Slate, Basic White
Stamps: Saying Hey, Elements of Text
Tools:  Around It All Dies, Cute Crochet Embossing Folder, Blending Brush, Heat Tool
Accessories: Baker's Twine Essentials Pack, Antique Pearls

Now maybe you are thinking I didn't use the red, but I did! Those Antique Pearls are colored with the Light Real Reds Blends Marker!  Fun, huh?!

Let's also talk about those fun circles.  I used the NEW Around It All Dies from Stampin' Up! And let's be honest ... these dies are going to get a workout in my room.  Hee.  I cut out some circles and stamped them with the Elements of Text Stamp Set.  Then I layered some of the circles together, ran it through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, and made those fun rings.  Then they are embossed with the Cute Crochet Embossing Folder.  I love the layers of texture this gives! 😍

A little shout out to the stripes on the side!  Those are made with the Dark Bubble Bath Blends Marker!  I love that fun detail.

I hope you enjoy!  Thanks for visiting!  Now ... head on over to the TGIF Challenge Blog to see what the other designers made!  And then create your own to play along with us!

Please let me know if you have any questions!  Would love to help you with all your papercrafting needs!  If you need any Stampin' Up! supplies ... let me know!

Artisan Fun With The Around It All Bundle!

Woot!  It is time for another Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team Mini Hop!  Each month my group and I will share what we made with particular products that we were assigned.  This month is the Around It All Bundle!  A fun bold stamp set with fabulous circle dies ... it was so much fun creating with these products!  Here are the cards I made!

I will share some more photos of each card and point out some details.  But can I just say ... I want to play with these circle dies all day!  They are so much fun!!!

Let's start with some details on the flower card:

I layered the circle dies together to make these fun bold flowers.  I alternated using Designer Series Paper & solid color cardstock to add interest.  The Bough Punch was used for the stems! 😍

I stamped and embossed some of that cute smile face onto some Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper.  Then I did a light watercolor wash over that.  I love the fun little smiley detail to just keep this cheery card popping! 💖

A fun embossed background using the NEW Starstruck Sale-A-Bration Embossing Folder that you can earn FREE! adds some fun background detail also!

This was such a fun card to make that could certainly cheer anyone up, right?! 😊

This next card I ended up totally falling in love with also!  It is for a great occasion - new baby congrats! and I really love the boldness of this card & the fun way to use the circle dies:

Did you notice the "rings" that are cut and textured?  Those are made by layering a few of the circle dies together, running them through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine, & then embossing them with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder.  Look how cute they are!

I also watercolored a circle and a couple of bottles.  I loved the way the pink and blue pop on the gray.  Makes my heart happy!  Paired with the detail that those circle rings give ... well I am obsessed!  Hee.  Let me also point out the dies I used also that I had in the first photo posted:

Those dies in the upper right corner are what I used! 💗

To create some interest in the background - I stamped the large contrats stamp multiple times, added some splatter, and then distressed the edges/curled corners.

All in all ... I had so much fun making these cards!  I hope you play with this bundle too!  Hee.

And now you get to see what the others in my group made!  The best place to see them is on IG so I will link their pages below!

Keeping It Simple With Friendly Fins & Ocean Friends!

The other day we had a fun Artisan Design Team Blog Hop!  We were sharing things we love, and I dedicated my card to the ocean.  Hee.  I LOV...
